Mehri Language Centre for Studies and Research offers sincere congratulations and accolades to poet : Saddam Saad Kidda, on the occasion of the release of his second book, titled: (Rulers and poets too), in which he talked about the literary rulers and poets, starting with the rulers of the Emirate of Bani Khalid in Al-Ahsa and to this day, which makes him a scientific addition in the Arab and Islamic library.
